SPA RULES AND REGULATIONS

By utilizing the services of The Massage Spa, you agree to adhere to the following Spa Rules and Regulations.

Any breach of these rules may lead to your removal from the Spa premises and/or suspension of services.

 

We reserve the right to amend these Spa Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notification. If the service provider feels uncomfortable, they will also halt the session. We appreciate your choice of The Massage Spa and are committed to delivering a safe, relaxing, and professional environment.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum. Upon entering the Spa, all clients must either turn off their cell phones or set them to silent mode.

 

Clients are not permitted to engage in personal business activities on Spa premises, nor may they solicit other clients or staff without prior written consent from the Spa Manager.

 

The Spa reserves the right to remove any client from the premises and/or suspend, revoke, or terminate the membership of any individual who does not adhere to the Spa Rules and Regulations, or who causes any form of nuisance, disturbance, moral misconduct, or fraudulent behavior. Please note that refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
